REFUNDS

Refunds for customer purchases will be allowed where either an ebook is damaged on our server and we can not repair it and thus make it available to the customer or the content of the ebook is substantially different to the content advertised through its blurb, genre classifications and the supplied extract, bearing in mind that we allow only three genres to be selected for a given title so other genres may also apply that could not be selected by the publisher.

DELIVERY OF PURCHASE

All books available on this site are electronic books (ebooks) and are available for download after purchase. This is a non-member site. We send an email to each customer after purchase, to the email address supplied by the customer. This email contains the order number and a unique access key to the download page. The customer must enter the order number and access key on access to the download page to access their downloads. It is essential that the customer provides a valid working email address. If the email is not received please email webmaster@fiction4all.com with details of your name, address and email address so we can track your order.
